How to Dry-Age Steaks

- vacuum sealer

Instructions
Step 1
Use paper towel to pat dry the strip loin. Place the strip loin in a plastic bag, leave 3 inches from the top.
Step 2
Seal the 2 corners of the bag with a vacuum sealer, leave 3 inches gap between these 2 corners.Let it cool for a minutes. Then put the gap of the bag in a stick of the vacuum sealer.
Run the sealer and vucuum the bag. Press the seal bar down to seal the bag.
Let sit for 3-4 minutes.
Reseal if there is any hole.
