Add water into a non-stick pan, about 5 inches to the top, bring it to a boil.

Add a couple spoon vinegar. Beat 2 eggs into different bowl. Add the eggs in the boiling water. Cook for 2 minutes.

Step 3

When the eggs float on the top of the water, transfer them in cold water.
