Recipe: Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

Step 1

Add 3/4 cup sugar,
1 cup cream,
2 1/4 cup milk into a pot.
Then use low heat to melt them together.
Stir constantly.

Step 2

when there some foam bubble forming on the edge, turn off the heat.
transfer to a portable glass.
Add 2 tsp pure vanilla extract into the glass. Mix well.
Let chill at least 2 hours (overnight is better) until cold.

Step 3

Then turn on ice cream maker, Pour in the ice cream mixture.
Let run for 20 - 25 minutes.
You can see the ice cream getting thicker and thicker.

Step 4

Then remove, cover and refrigerate.
