Ingredients

  • salmon fillets
  • tiny amount of olive oil
  • salt

Instructions

Step 1

Add some salt and very tiny amount of olive oil on the salmon fillets. Rub well.

Step 2

Put a pan over high heat, let sit for 5 minutes until hot and smoking. Add the salmon fillets in the pan, skin side down. Sear about 3-4 minutes per side.

Step 3

Serve with a dollop of tarragon aioli.
