Recipe: Herb and Potato Chips
Ingredients
- fresh herb leaves (Italian parsley, oregano, tarragon, etc)
- 1 large russet potato
- 2 tbl olive oil
- salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potato.Use a vegetable slicer to slice the potato into paper thin slices.
Stack the slices.
Step 2
Brush olive oil on a mat, arrange 1 layer of slices. Place 3 fresh herb leaves on a slice. Cover the slice with another slice. Use your fingers to press out the air. Make a few of this. Brush olive oil on the top of each unit.
