Recipe: Healthy Asian Slaw

Ingredients

  • carrot
  • daikon sprouts
  • hot paste
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Kraft thousand island dressing

Instructions

Step 1

Use a carrot slicer to slice the carrot. Put them and half bag of the Asian ingredients in a bowl. Toss well.

Step 2

Cut the daikon sprouts into half. Add them in the bowl. Toss well.
Add some hot paste, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, 3 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar, and 1 tbsp Kraft thousand island dressing in the bowl. Toss well.

Step 3

Add some chopped green vegetable on the top. Transfer them on a serving plate, topped with some chopped peanut.
