Recipe: Grilled Thin Sliced Beef

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds thin sliced beef
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 4 cloves minced, crushed garlic, optional
  • 1/4 cup sherry vinegar
  • 1/4 cup light olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to tastes

Instructions

Step 1

Add 2 tablespoons smoked paprika,
4 cloves minced - crushed garlic,
1/4 cup sherry vinegar,
1/4 cup light olive oil,
some salt and freshly ground black pepper in a bowl. Mix well.

Step 2

Put the thin sliced beef in the bowl, stir around and let coated with the sauce well. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerator for 1 hour. Don't go any longer than that.

Step 3

Grill the beef for 2 minutes per side. Cook for medium or medium rare.
