Recipe: Grilled Shrimp with Aioli Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- For the aioli:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 1/2 tablespoon minced cured lemons
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon
Instructions
Step 1
Put 1 1/2 tablespoon cured lemons into water, give them a little soak.Then dry them on a paper towel, use a knife to mince them.
Step 2
Add 1/2 cup mayo,1 1/2 tablespoon minced cured lemons,
1 teaspoon lemon juice,
and 1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Step 3
Add 1/2 cup mayo,1 1/2 tablespoon minced cured lemons,
1 teaspoon lemon juice,
and 1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon in a bowl. Stir well.
Step 4
Place the shrimp on a hot grill, cook for 2 minutes per side.
