Grilled Chicken on Asian Noodle Salad

Ingredients

  • 10 chicken thighs
  • 1 bottle Asian sesame salad dressing
  • 2 packets ketchup
  • 2 packets mustard
  • 1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1package mung bean cellophane noodles
  • 1 bag shredded carrots
  • 1 bag angel hair shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup crushed nut mix
  • salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Take 10 chicken thighs, cut off the excess skin and fat.
Then slice a little bit on the chicken things to make them easy to marinate.

Step 2

Then pour the mixed sauce in step one onto the chickens in a bowl, stir well.

Step 3

Soak 1package mung bean cellophane noodles in water for half an hour. Then pour boiling water on the noodles for
2-3 seconds. Cold and rinse in cold water. drain well.

Step 4

Then pour 1 bag shredded carrots, some Asian sesame salad dressing,
1 bag angel hair shredded cabbage.
Stir well.
Add more Asian sesame salad dressing until coated.
Add 1/2 cup crushed nut mix.

Step 5

Grill Chicken until golden black. Then brush with more sauce.

Step 6

Serve with noodles.
