Ingredients

  • Roasted almond
  • a cup Spanish olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch Italian parsely

Instructions

Step 1

Use one hand to hold the bunch of Italian parsely,
Use the other hand to hold a sharp knife in 45 angle shave the leaves off.
chop up and dice these leaves.

Step 2

Put 2/3 cup Roasted almond on a working board, use the knife to chop them up.
Add the chopped parsely on the board with the almond. Chop them up into smaller pieces.

Step 3

Put the almond and parsely mixture in a bowl. Add a cup Spanish olive oil.
Mix well. Add more olive oil if needed.

Step 4

Optianl: you can add lemon juice and vinegar.
