Recipe: Green Parsley and Almond Sauce - Salsa Verde
Ingredients
- Roasted almond
- a cup Spanish olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch Italian parsely
Instructions
Step 1
Use one hand to hold the bunch of Italian parsely,Use the other hand to hold a sharp knife in 45 angle shave the leaves off.
chop up and dice these leaves.
Step 2
Put 2/3 cup Roasted almond on a working board, use the knife to chop them up.Add the chopped parsely on the board with the almond. Chop them up into smaller pieces.
Step 3
Put the almond and parsely mixture in a bowl. Add a cup Spanish olive oil.Mix well. Add more olive oil if needed.
