Green Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh asparagus
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto ham or any ham
- 1 clove garlic - thinly sliced
- 1 lemon - halved
- salt and fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Add oil into a pan, place the pan over a high heat. Then add sliced prosciutto ham into the pan.
Step 2
cook for 3 minutes, keep stirring. Then add in 1 pound fresh asparagus, use a tong to toss.Pour down a little bit of water. cover the pan with lip.
Step 3
After 1 minute, remove the lip, throw in 1 clove thinly sliced garlic.give it a nice toss.
Step 4
cover the pan with lip. Cook for a minutes.
Step 5
After 1 minute, remove the lip. Add salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste.
