Recipe: French Duck Confit Part 2 - Prep and Roast
Ingredients
- duck confit
- 1 tsp jam
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1tsp water
- some pepper and herb - optional
Instructions
Step 1
Add some olive oil in a pan over a heat, Put a Duck Confit in then pan, skin side down.Cook 6-7 minutes per side. drain it on a paper towel.
Then place it on a serving plate.
Step 2
Add 1 tsp jam, 1 tsp vinegar, and 1tsp water. bring it to a boil.Add some black pepper or herb.
