Ingredients

  • duck confit
  • 1 tsp jam
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1tsp water
  • some pepper and herb - optional

Instructions

Step 1

Add some olive oil in a pan over a heat, Put a Duck Confit in then pan, skin side down.
Cook 6-7 minutes per side. drain it on a paper towel.
Then place it on a serving plate.

Step 2

Add 1 tsp jam, 1 tsp vinegar, and 1tsp water. bring it to a boil.
Add some black pepper or herb.

Step 3

Pour the sauce beside the duck confit in the serving plate.
