Recipe: French Crepes
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Step 1
Add 2 eggs into a mixing bowl. Give it a whisk.Add 1 cup flour, 1 1/4 cup milk, 2 tbsp oil, and 1/4 tsp salt. Blend well.
Chill for 1 hour.
Step 2
Brush some oil in a non-stick pan, put the pan over medium heat.Add 1/4 cup flour mixture into the pan. Spread around.
Cook for about 45 seconds, flip it over.
Cook for 15-30 seconds.
Transfer to a plate.
