Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

Step 1

Add 2 eggs into a mixing bowl. Give it a whisk.
Add 1 cup flour, 1 1/4 cup milk, 2 tbsp oil, and 1/4 tsp salt. Blend well.
Chill for 1 hour.

Step 2

Brush some oil in a non-stick pan, put the pan over medium heat.
Add 1/4 cup flour mixture into the pan. Spread around.
Cook for about 45 seconds, flip it over.
Cook for 15-30 seconds.
Transfer to a plate.
