Recipe: French Bearnaise Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp tarragon mustard
- salt and cracked black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
Instructions
Step 1
Add 2 egg yolks,2 tsp tarragon mustard,
some salt and cracked black pepper,
1 tsp white wine vinegar and some water in a mixing bowl. Whisk well.
Step 2
Set your burner to low heat, then put your bowl directly on the flame.Keep whisking until it is nicely thicken.
Step 3
Then remove from the flame, and give it a nice whisk.
