Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tsp tarragon mustard
  • salt and cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar

Instructions

Step 1

Add 2 egg yolks,
2 tsp tarragon mustard,
some salt and cracked black pepper,
1 tsp white wine vinegar and some water in a mixing bowl. Whisk well.

Step 2

Set your burner to low heat, then put your bowl directly on the flame.
Keep whisking until it is nicely thicken.

Step 3

Then remove from the flame, and give it a nice whisk.

Step 4

Serve the sauce on steak. Really delicious.
