Recipe: Flavorful Barbecued Tri-Tip
Ingredients
- 2 to 2 1/2 lb beef tri-tip roast
- 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 4 cloves crushed garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Put 2 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper,1/2 tablespoon paprika,
2 teaspoon garlic powder,
1 teaspoon onion powder,
1 teaspoon dried rosemary,
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper,
in a large bowl. mix well.
Step 2
Season the beef tri-tip roast with the mixture above in a pan.coat well.
Step 3
Then wrap the pan, refrigerate for 4 hours.
Step 4
Meanwhile, we can make the sauce. add1/2 tsp Dijon mustard,
1/3 cup red wine vinegar,
1/3 cup vegetable oil,
4 cloves crushed garlic into a plastic box. cover the box, shake well.
Step 5
After 4 hours, remove the wrap of the beef roast pan. leave out at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Step 6
GO outside and turn on the grill. Place the beef roast onto the grill, brush the top side with the sauce we made.
Step 7
Turn/baste every 4 minutes. Keep doing for 25-30 minutes.
Step 8
Rest for at least 10 minutes.Slice the beef roast.
