Recipe: Fish Sauce with Tarragon and Brown Butter
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
- 2 tbsps chopped walnuts
- salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Put 3 tbsp unsalted butter into a dried pan over medium heat. Let foam up.Stir or shake the pan once a while.
Cook for 6-10 minutes or until the butter is melted.
Step 2
Then add 2 tbsp chopped walnuts, cook for 1 minute.Then turn off the heat. Add 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice,
1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon,
salt and fresh ground black pepper. Stir well.
