Step 1
Cook pasta in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente, rinse using cold water, then drain.

put eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water. Then boil them; cover, take out from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 - 12 minutes. take out from hot water, cool, peel and chop.

In a large bowl, combine the pasta, eggs, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, bell pepper, green onions and parsley.

To prepare the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, vinegar, Italian seasoning and pepper together.

Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss well to coat. Refrigerate until chilled and serve.
