Recipe: Eggs Benedict
Ingredients
- English muffin
- a couple pieces of Canadian bacon
- 2 poaching eggs
- cheese sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Place the bacon on the muffin.
Step 2
Put the poaching eggs on a paper towel, we don't want any water on the bacon. Then place the eggs on the bacon.
Step 3
generously Spoon over the cheese sauce.
