Recipe: Easy chicken cannelloni

Ingredients

  • 6 crepes
  • 2 cooked chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup fresh cheese
  • 4 oz mozzarella
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh Italian herbs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • pinch of cayenne
  • splash of olive oil
  • 1 minced garlic clove - not in the clip
  • 2 cups tomato sauce

Instructions

Step 1

Take 2 cooked chicken breasts, dice them up.

Step 2

Add 4 oz mozzarella,
1 egg,
2/3 cup grated parmesan,
2 tbsp chopped fresh Italian herbs,
salt and pepper to taste,
pinch of cayenne,
splash of olive oil
into a large bowl. Mix well.

Step 3

Take a crepe, put in the filling. Roll them up.
make 6 Chicken Cannelloni.

Step 4

Spread 1 cup tomato sauce into bake box, place 6 Chicken Cannelloni into the bake box, seam side down.
Put the other cup tomato sauce on top. Then spread on some mozzarella.

Step 5

Cook it in a oven at 375F for 30 minutes.

Step 6

Cool 10 minutes before serve.
