Recipe: Easy chicken cannelloni
Ingredients
- 6 crepes
- 2 cooked chicken breast
- 1/2 cup fresh cheese
- 4 oz mozzarella
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh Italian herbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- pinch of cayenne
- splash of olive oil
- 1 minced garlic clove - not in the clip
- 2 cups tomato sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Take 2 cooked chicken breasts, dice them up.
Step 2
Add 4 oz mozzarella,1 egg,
2/3 cup grated parmesan,
2 tbsp chopped fresh Italian herbs,
salt and pepper to taste,
pinch of cayenne,
splash of olive oil
into a large bowl. Mix well.
Step 3
Take a crepe, put in the filling. Roll them up.make 6 Chicken Cannelloni.
Step 4
Spread 1 cup tomato sauce into bake box, place 6 Chicken Cannelloni into the bake box, seam side down.Put the other cup tomato sauce on top. Then spread on some mozzarella.
Step 5
Cook it in a oven at 375F for 30 minutes.
