Ingredients
- sliced baguette
- olive oil
- finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Turn the knife in 45 degree to slice the baguette, 1/4 inch thick.
Step 2
Place the baguette slices on a mat in a baking sheet. Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil. Bake at 350F in an oven for 12 minutes.
Step 3
Remove, and top the slices with grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
Step 4
Return them in the oven, bake 5 minutes. Then flip and repeat. Bake until crisp.
Step 5
Served on Beans and Greens Stew.
