Recipe: Easy Italian Omelette
Ingredients
- goat cheese
- chives
- olive oil
- 3 eggs
Instructions
Step 1
Beat 3 eggs in a bowl, whisk well.
Step 2
Add a couple spoon olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Spread the oil around to coat the pan. Add 3 eggs in the pan. Once the eggs hit the hot oil, they will bubble up, and the bottom is going to be sealed.Use the spatula to lift the edges of the eggs, so the raw eggs can go underneath.
Try to do this for a few times.
Step 3
Once there is no running egg liquid, turn off the heat. Add some goat cheese, chives, sea salt and black pepper on the eggs.
Step 4
Fold the bottom third, then the top third. It is like folding an envelope.
Step 5
Put the pan closed to a serving plate, and flip the eggs to the plate.
