Ingredients
- 3 pound piece pork belly
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Season the pork belly with 1 tablespoon smoked paprika, 1 tablespoon kosher salt and 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper. Flip the belly, and season the other sides.
Step 2
Wrap the pork belly with a heavy duty foil. Then wrap it with another foil. Bake in an oven at 200F for 3 1/2 hours. Turn off the oven, Let cool 1 1/2 hours in the oven. Chill overnight.
Step 3
Slice the pork belly. Add the pork belly slices and its fat in a saute pan over medium heat. Cook until crispy.
