Recipe: Dijon Pan Jus Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup chick stock
- a big tbsp dijon marstard
- 1 tbsp butter

Step 1
After we done the Dijon Pan Jus, now we are making the sauce. Remove the Dijon Pan Jus. Add a big tbsp dijon mustard in the pan. Spread it around. It takes around 15 seconds.
Step 2
Add 1 cup chick stock in the pan. Give it a stir. Turn the heat high, reduce this by 2/3.
