Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups tepid water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- about 2 cups of P.A.N. white corn meal
Instructions
Step 1
Add 2 1/2 cups tepid water and 1 teaspoon salt in a bowl. Sprinkle about some P.A.N. white corn meal in the bowl. knead well. Add more corn meal and knead it with water, until you get a nice dough.
Step 2
Use your hands to shape it into a patty.
Step 3
Add some oil in a pan over medium heat, fry the patty until both sides are nice golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel, let drain and cool for a few minutes.
Step 4
Use a knife to go around the edge to open it up. Put in your favorite filling. Enjoy!
