Ingredients
- 3 1/2 Cup flour
- 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
- 1/4 tsp yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add 2 cup warm water in the bowl. Mix well. Loosely cover with foil or plastic wrap. Let dough rise for 18 hours.
Step 2
Place dough on a thick sheet oiled with olive oil and generous amounts of cornmeal. Shape as you like. Apply flour to top of bread and drape a clean towel and let rise for another 2 hours (I skip this second rising to no ill effect).
Step 3
Bake at 425F for 35 - 45 minutes.
Step 4
Enjoy fresh bread hot out of the oven!
