Ingredients

  • 1-2 oz chocolate syrup
  • 1-2 oz cold milk
  • 8-10 oz very cold seltzer water

Instructions

Step 1

Add 1-2 oz chocolate syrup, 1-2 oz cold milk in a glass. Use a spoon to mix well.

Step 2

Add seltzer water in the glass, 1/3 way up. Slowly mix well. Pour more water in until full. Slowly Mix well.
