Recipe: Chocolate Coins
Ingredients
- 6 oz dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- sea salt
- cocoa for dusting
Instructions
Step 1
Take 6 oz dark chocolate, broken in small pieces.Put them on a bowl.
Step 2
Heat a pot of water and the turn off.Place the chocolate bowl on the top of the pot.
Step 3
Put 1 tbsp sugar in a dried pan on med-low heat,Cook for 6-7 minutes.
When turns to brown, slowly add 1/4 cup heavy cream.
Stir well.
Step 4
Then Pour the sugar and milk mixture into the chocolate bowl.Mix well.
Step 5
Use a spoon the drop the chocolate into a silve coins, add some sea salt on each chocolate coins.Cover the chocolate coins with a piece of plastic, press down a flat pan to flat the coins out.
Chill and refrigerate until firm.
