Ingredients
- 350 g pre-cooked long grain rice
- 4 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 tbsp peanut oil or vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp shredded carrots
- 4 tbsp frozen peas, thawed
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and white pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Pour 2 spoon oil to a hot wok, Add an beaten egg and stir quickly to break it up.
Step 2
Pour another spoon of oil to the wok, then add the garlic and the rice. Stir until they are well mixed.
Step 3
Add the peas, carrots, and spring onions, then mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Add the oyster and soy sauces, then season them with salt and white pepper. Stir them and remove from the heat.
Step 5
To serve, use Spoon to transfer the egg fried rice into individual serving bowls.
