Recipe: Chinese 5 Spice Carrots

Ingredients

  • 6-8 large carrots
  • 2 tbl vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chinese 5-spice
  • salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the carrots into pieces

Step 2

Then put the Carrots into a bowl, add in 2 tbl vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon Chinese 5-spice, salt. Give it a toss.

Step 3

Put in an oven, roast for 30-40 minutes, toss halfway through (optional)
