Recipe: Chicken Veggies Spring Rolls
Ingredients
- rice paper spring roll skins
- baby romaine leave
- strips of cooked chicken breast
- strips of red bell pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the rice paper spring roll skins into water for 10-20 seconds.
Step 2
Then place the rice paper on a board. Put a handful of baby romaine leave on it. Put some strips of cooked chicken breast, and some strips of red bell pepper on the baby romaine leave.Topped with a a handful of baby romaine leave. Make sure to leave 1 inch space on the sides.
Step 3
Fold in the sides, then fold from the bottom to the top, a little bit tight.
