Recipe: Cherry Cabernet Sauce
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup tart cherry preserves
- 3/4 cup cabernet wine
- pinch of salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 springs thyme
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Add 3/4 cup tart cherry preserves,3/4 cup cabernet wine,
pinch of salt,
1 clove garlic,
4 springs thyme,
and 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper in a saute pan over medium heat.
Stir well. Bring it to a simmer, then reduce by half of the sauce.
