Recipe: Buttermilk Herbs Fried Chicken
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 pound chicken
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp ground dried herbs
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 1/2 quarts peanut oil for frying

Step 1
break down a chicken
Step 2
add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp ground dried herbs, 1/2 tsp white pepper, 1/4 tsp cayennemix them together for 25 seconds, add 2 cups buttermilk, mix them
Step 3
marinate 6 hours in fridge
Step 4
put season flour into a plastic pan, then add some paprika, some cayenne, some garlic powder, some white peppersome onion powder, give them a mix
Step 5
mix the chicken pieces with the above flour mixture
