Recipe: Broiled Salmon with Glazed Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 six ounce salmon filets
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbl of romesco sauce

Instructions

Step 1

down. Season the top side with salt and pepper, spread 1 1/2 tbsp romesco sauce on each salmon fillet. Drizzle a little bit salt on it.

Step 2

Put in a preheated broiler, broil under high heat for 6-10 minutes until sauce is glazed on and salmon is cooked.
