Recipe: Broiled Salmon Glazed with Mustard
Ingredients
- 2 salmon filet
- 1 1/2 tbl Dijon
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce (optional)
- salt
Instructions
Step 1
Add 2 tsp rice vinegar and 1 1/2 tbl Dijon in a small bowl. Mix well.
Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp hot sauce, and a pinch of salt in the bowl. Mix well. This is our glazed sauce.
Step 3
Preheat the broiler.
Step 4
Put a foil on a baking sheet, and oil the foil.Place the salmon fillets on the foil, evenly distribute the glazed sauce on the fillets. Broil for 5-8 minutes.
