Recipe: Broccoli Gratin
Ingredients
- 2 cups Bechamel sauce
- 24 oz. Broccoli florettes
- 8 oz Cheddar Cheese
- 1/3 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Instructions
Step 1
Add 2 cups Bechamel sauce into a pot over a heat.When warm, Cut up the Cheddar Cheese into cubes, add them into the pot.
Turn off the heat. Stir well. Let sit for 6-9 minutes.
Step 2
Boil a pot of salted water, add the Broccoli florettes. Boil the Broccoli florettes for 2-3 minutes.Then transfer them to a bowl. Pour over the hot sauce in step 1. Use the tradictional folding motion to Toss well.
Then transfer them to a baking dish, make the flower of the Broccoli facing up.
Step 3
Top with 1/3 cup plain bread crumbs and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan.Cook at an oven at 400F for 20-25 minutes.
