Ingredients
- sliced baguette
- bittersweet chocolate
- extra virgin olive oil
- flaky type sea salt like Maldon
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the baguette in an angle. Put the slices on a baking sheet. Cook them in a broiler until the top side is golden brown. Flip the baguette slices over. Cool until the top side is golden brown. Flip them over again.
Step 2
Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on the top side of the baguette slices. Put bittersweet chocolate on each baguette slice. Press in.
Step 3
While the broiler is hot, return the baguette slices in the broiler. No heat, leave them for 20 minutes. Tap the baking sheet if you like.
Step 4
Drizzle some sea salt on bittersweet chocolates.
