Ingredients
- # 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup nasturtium flower petals, washed and patted dry
- pinch of salt
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the nasturtium flower petals in water. Pick the petals off, ad put them on paper towel. Pat try.
Step 2
Put the Petals in a grind device. Add a pinch of salt. Smash well.
Step 3
Add 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter and the petals in a bowl. Mix well.
Step 4
Transfer the whole mixture on a plastic, roll it up like a sausage.
Step 5
To serve, slice the Nasturtium Butter, and serve on grilled fish, chicken, or vegetables.
