Recipe: Basil Salmon with Garlic Ginger
Ingredients
- 2 center-cut salmon fillet
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- hot chili sauce to taste
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp chopped basil
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the fresh ginger, mice a slice of the ginger, small and thin.
Step 2
Then add the ginger into a bowl, followed by 2 cloves crushed garlic, 1/4 cup rice vinegar, 2 tbsp brown sugar,1/2 tsp hot chili sauce to taste, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1/4 cup water. Mix well.
Step 3
Minced some basil.Soak salmon in both sides.
Step 4
Heat some vegetable oil in a pan over a medium heat. When hot, put the salmon in and cook.put some salt on the top of the salmon. After 4 minutes, flip the salmon over. Cook for another 4 minutes.
