Recipe: Baked Sausage Stuffed Cherry Pepper

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Italian sausage
  • 2 jars Peppadew peppers (about 32)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • chopped parsley

Instructions

Step 1

Wash and drain 2 jars Peppadew peppers, put them in a bowl.

Step 2

Peel 8 oz Italian sausage, and stuff the sausage meat in Peppadew peppers.

Step 3

Place a foil in a baking plate. Put all the stuffed Peppadew peppers on the plate. Add 1 tsp olive oil. Give it a little shake. Make sure they are evenly space.

Step 4

Bake at 375F for 20 minutes in an oven.

Step 5

Transfer to a serving plate, garnished with some chopped parsley.
