Recipe: Baked Potatoes with Cheese
Ingredients
- 6 russet potatoes
- 2 cups milk
- 3 green onions
- 6 oz. cheddar cheese
- 4 tbl butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the 6 russet potatoes. Boil them in salted water, then drain them.Cut them into quarters.
Step 2
Grease the baking pan with some butter. Add the potato quarters,and some chopped green onion in the baking pan. Use a fork to roughly mash the potato quarters.
Step 3
Add 6 oz. cheddar cheese on the baking pan. Spread them evenly.Drizzle 2 cups milk around in the baking pan.
Drizzle some cayenne. Then use a fork to mix well.
