Recipe: Baked Potatoes with Cheese

Ingredients

  • 6 russet potatoes
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 green onions
  • 6 oz. cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbl butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the 6 russet potatoes. Boil them in salted water, then drain them.
Cut them into quarters.

Step 2

Grease the baking pan with some butter. Add the potato quarters,
and some chopped green onion in the baking pan. Use a fork to roughly mash the potato quarters.

Step 3

Add 6 oz. cheddar cheese on the baking pan. Spread them evenly.
Drizzle 2 cups milk around in the baking pan.
Drizzle some cayenne. Then use a fork to mix well.

Step 4

Top with 2 tbsp butter and some cheese. Bake at 400F until golden brown, about 20-30 minutes
