Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sherry vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Add 1/3 cup sherry vinegar,
1 cup olive oil,
1 tsp Dijon mustard,
1/3 tsp salt and 1/3 tsp pepper into a mixing bowl. Mix well.

Step 2

Then pour them into a shaker. Shake vigorously for about 1.5 minutes.
