Recipe: Aioli Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- kosher salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Take 1 clove garlic, cut off the root. Use the side of a knife to smash the garlic, get rid of the paper. Chop the garlic up. Add a pinch of salt, use the knife to smash and mix well.
Step 2
Add the garlic, 1 egg yolk, and 2 tsp lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
